videos not uploading

whenever i upload videos nowadays, it says uploaded succesffuly but when u click the link it says it cant find it. wtf.

a friend told me that it is because of the quick chat that refreshes every 30 seconds, so if oyu dont have a small vid like under 2 megs than it wount upload fast enough and the refresh will screw it up
