mcmurray is a great and important skier, i used to love his parts in SM3 and strike 3 and shit. his flip to rail (and off on the one candide also did) were the first ones i saw i think. his antics are pretty entertaining and ballsy

on the other hand, he talks like a complete retard, raps badly, and ive seen (i think literally) every single clip in this edit before in ski movies and extras

because it reflects how disrespectful, ignorant and just plain contradictory the kids getting into skiing are. its plain sad to know there are people like him and you out there representing our sport, yes you do represent it, with ideals that's so fucking far from where skiing came from and what FREE skiing is about. kids like him and you, are the death of free skiing's culture and history.

Hey man, on the real, your raps are pretty good, i mean it takes some talent to rhyme like that and make any sort of sense lol. But I think you need to reevaluate your style (no, not your clothes and shit), your songs really remind me of that shitty wankster 90's garbage. I dont mean to offend you but theres a reason no one listens to that shit anymore. I feel like your songs are shallow, the flow is generic, the beats are generic. While I agree that the video was stupid as shit..

All the kids asking why he has an orange name need to take a minute, stop embarrassing themselves and the rest of the ski industry, and learn some history of our sport.

I'm not saying that Jon was ever the best or the most influential skier, nor than he's still playing a role in our sport, that doesn't change the fact that it was him and people like him that made our sport what it is today.

Go back and watch some of the movies from the early 2000s, and you will see the same names in them, year after year. Why? Because freestyle skiing was a tiny, niche community, and outside of the few of us that partook, nobody gave a fuck. It was the people (like Jon) that skied because they genuinely loved it that eventually earned us the recognition and broader acceptance we have today. If you think we'd have the support from the major ski companies, resorts, etc., that we have today, without the perseverance and sheer ballsiness of those early pioneers, you're sadly mistaken.

Therefore, regardless of what you think of the video, show some fucking respect, or take those skis off your feet.

yo guys come on these guys are a part of freeskiings history, by doin there crazy, and ballzy and doing that to skiing. They did it for the love of their sport, but do to injury it caused a change in life to go from skiing to rapping. some of the random shit is no different than watching jackass and wildboys, and you never hated on them. i mean im not a fan of the music or random shit in the video, but they loved doin that random shit, and you guys are rippin on what they love doin. If you love what you do then do it, if it involves doin random crazy ass shit then do some random crazy ass shit.

Thought the dude was sorta "huck" style when he skied....stopped due to injury young(skill > huck)..just look at some of the ages of REAL historic skiers..and there still ripping.

Then, with this stupid trailer, just some pretty decent hucks with some really lame shit inbetween that pretty much all belong in 1999. Maybe this is how far behind redneck Canadians are with the real world......ZING!
