Replying to HELP!!!

I need help to stop looking at porn and when I say I'm going to stop I just go back to it. I know I'm going to get comments like that's why you get a girlfriend or so and so but I'm trying. I know porn is pointless and I wonder why I keep looking at it when I think to myself this is really pointless and I could do better things on the internet. I'll probably get hated on or my karma will go down or something. So what are somethings to stop looking at porn and +K to good answers.
