alright so ive had the volkl walls for the last 3 years and i love them, but its time to switch it up a little. im looking for a really nice ski for pipe and air. and suggestions? i was looking into the scott p3s any feedback?
The P3's are a solid ski. They are stiff and fast. I rode the walls for a couple years and then moved to the Dynastar 6th Sense Distorter. I highly recommend them. They also have the 6th sense spin. It is the exact same ski with extra edges underfoot. good dimensions. fast. stiff, but the tips and tails can be buttery. rock solid all mountain. stable. worth a look.
I know their pretty shitty reviews, but I don't feel like writing so you get the point that those skis are my picks for you, and its your job to look them up. Cheers!
the p3s are one of the stiffest park skis out there, there are quite a few stories of them having major durability issues such as delam, and edge blow outs and this was only after a week of use that people were having problems. I mean if you only hit jumps they would be perfect because of the stiffness. There are better choices out there.
