Okay so about 5 weeks ago i traded my 4xl black jungle cat hoodie for LCGs XL seersucka+some cash. i shipped the hoodie out on july 28 and according to the tracking # the hoodie arrived at his house on august 2nd.

when i shipped out, LCG (Luke) told me that he was going to ship out the day after. (he didnt). later that week he informed me that his dad had spilled beer all over the hoodie to the point in which i wouldnt even want it anymore. and i said ok. then you need to send me the jungle cat back. he said that he would.

i checked back in with him on august 4th asking him if he had shipped the jungle cat back yet, and he said that he couldnt becuase he had left for newzealand for 3 weeks. Without the hoodie. although i was pissed, i gave him the benefit of the doubt and told him that he needed to be sure to ship the hoodie back first thing when he gets home. He said that he would be sure to do this.

its been about a week now since he has gotten home and he has still not shipped out the hoodie. i have been pm'ing him and facebook messaging him daily, and now i am sick of chasing after him and being nice about it. i want my hoodie back.

LCG LIVES IN VAIL, COLORADO so if there is ANYONE who might be willing to pick up the hoodie from his house, i have his adress and you can just pm me for it, (obviously i would work out some way to make it worth your time and effort)

huh, yea similar thing happened to me- gave him a 4x jungle cat for a 3x flannel and cash, said his cat pissed on the flannel and shorted me on cash... seems to have a lot of accidents with his clothing

its seems like he might be lying to hide some last minute second thoughts about the trade... You should ask him for pictures of the hoody with the beer on it for proof just to make sure hes not trying to blatantly scam both of you.

always get all the person that your dealing with's info (phone #, address, email, full name, ect.) no matter if your buying from them, selling to them, or trading with them.

It's not a hell of a claim, it's a fact. It's pretty easy to put everything together if you spend 5 minutes looking at his facebook page, the freeride facebook page, and the vail ski shop page.

For what it's worth too - I have access to county records, and checked all of the property ownership names, owner's dependent names, property addresses and phone numbers to come up with this information. It's not like I'm just randomly Googling shit and throwing it together.
