So... I got caught.

I got caught smoking herb by my parents...

The other day I screwed up, forgot to cover the smell. Since then my parents:
1. Took my pipe, weed, etc. (completely understandable. I would expect parents to do that.
2. Grounded me from all electronics. Computer, phone, tv, etc. and won't let me leave the house (usual stuff to get grounded from)
3. This is where it starts the bullshit. They grounded me from my bikes and are now threatening to take my SKI SEASON from me if I don't stay "clean".

I know you guys are probably going to be like, "stupid 15 year old" and "you're soooo cool you smoke weed", but don't you think this is taking it a little be too seriously?

Sparknotes: Got caught smoking. Parents take electronics, bikes and possibly ski season..

This isnt true, any smoke that comes out of a bowl WILL smell up the whole room, and maybe down the hall.

The best way to do it is keep your bud in a glass jar. Open it quickly and get out your herb rip ONE toke off your bud and lock that shit up. Spray some febreeze or incense JUST to cover up the jar smell. Next load up one toke into your bong and let er rip. Make sure to hold the light so the bud is sucked into the water and immediately pulled out. Pull out the bowl and rip it deep and relax. Once you cant hold any longer stand your lazy ass up blow your smoke ( if there is any left ) out the window. Spray a bit of febreeze again and your laughing.

^^ I do this every night and its 100% foolproof unless your parents / siblings walk in on you hitting the bong.

the key thing here is respect and intelligence. have a real talk with your parents about it, not a teenage bitchy "your ruining my life!!!!" argument.

explain that you know why weed isn't very bad for you. explain that it hasn't changed any part of the son that they are otherwise proud of. explain that weed is not even close to as important to you as biking and skiing, thats most important. explain that if you can't bike or ski, what the fuck can you do? at this point parental punishment is screwing up your life wayyy more than weed ever could.

now your not gonna convince them to let you smoke or anything, but you will show them that you got a head on your shoulders. they want to be reassured that your responsible, and if you can have a serious discussion with them about it that will help. oh yea and getting good grades always helps too.

The whole point is not to let any fucking smoke come out of the bowl. Capping it immediately. If you're worried about the smell from opening and closing a jar you're fucking retarded.

Yeah rip the bong. I feel you are just trolling. But it's late and I'm not sure. You could just be another idiot candidate to post the next thread about getting busted for being dumb.

Very similar thing happened to me but instead of weed i just didn't come home one night and ended up snorting coke at some random's house. safe to say the rents reacted similarly and i'm grounded until the end of the year for everything except skiing, been up every weekend since (i paid of course).

How the hell can they take away your ski season? you just go skiing with your own skis and your own season pass so how can they take that away? YEP THEY CANT...
And if ur gonna say theyr gonna kick u out of the house then they just dont love you.. Im glad i can talk about stuff with my mom and not to lie about everything...

I've got an idea.

How about you spend the time you used to spend smoking on school work and extra credit assignment, and the money you used to spend on new textbooks? When your grades skyrocket, then you can thank your parents.

I've never smoked, and have this nasty little 4.0 GPA. Coincidence? I think not.

my friends do this it actually works real well with home drug tests
but dude i got caught drinking at a party earlier this summer and even after i convinced my mom i had no intentions of getting wasted and i only had 1 beer i was still grounded for a month
i had to go to family court and now do community service and i am on school probation
just be glad its with ur parents not the law they screw it up so much worse

This is what you do:
Don't ever smoke in your house anymore unless your parents are gone or its really late and they've already gone to bed. And if thats the case, just go outside.
You're 15 right? In one year you'll be 16, and you'll be able to get your license and your own car. Since you have a job I assume you can afford a car. When you get a car everything changes. You can smoke in the car and you're parents will never suspect a thing!
Rules:
Don't get pulled over with the car smelling like weed or youre fucked. Or better yet don't get pulled over ever.
Don't go to school smelling like weed or they'll search your car and once again youre fucked.
Use eye drops whenever you're high around your parents or at school.

I got busted too for pot brownies in school. My parents didn't trust me for a while, but its been like 4 months since I was caught and it like it never even happened.
Be thankful the police didn't get involved because they fuck you over even worse.

just keep your head up and act like a changed man. they probably won't even drug test you.

for everyone on here u can easily do it inside jus open ur window take out the screen and lean out the window well u smoke and there will be basically no smell a little febreze or axe and ur good to go

Honestly though just do whatever the fuck you want man its your life.They can't stop you from doing any of those things.They can tell you not to do them but really what are they gunna do if you keep doing them.Ground you? Theres no bars on your windows and no locks on your doors,they can't keep you in the house by force.Eventually they just give up on you.Feels good man

I've been caught so many times by my parents, and they threatened to take away my ski pass as well if i don't stay sober. I've been drug tested, caught lying, caught high, etc. I don't know why i'm so unlucky every time. Don't sweat it though I haven't smoked in almost 3 months.

You should be more careful. Getting caught by your parents isn't shit compared to getting caught as an adult by someone who matters.

It's really not hard to avoid getting caught smoking the herb, you should be less lazy and more careful. Take this as a lesson.
