i just got one in florida and im all peely and it burns like uber hell

anyone know how to get rid of the sting

when i went to Alta in Feb, and i got the worst sunburn and goggle tan to the max.

You have no idea, I live down in SoCal, so I was out at the beach this particularly sunny day. The whole day I didn't get burned so bad, at least I thought so... Later that night I woke up and my face was all wet and sticky. It's like all the pores on my face were just leaking shit out, and it got all crusty and stuff... The next day I went to work and my nose felt like a sponge and my face continued to be all leaky for almost 2 days... Then all the dead skin peeled off for about 2 weeks. It was by far the sickest, grossest shit I've ever seen short of seeing a half burned up body...

yeah i dont really get sunburned but if i know im gonna be out in the sun a really long time in florida or cali i use sunscreen and it works really well

milk helps a lot it takes the sting out and stuff and also aloe vera stuff it helps soo much just goop it on and youll feel tons better

someone told me that a warm/hot shower will actually cure it faster. Otherwise using mad Aloe Vera and taking Flaxseed oil pills will help a lot.

this sounds weird, but it works...take tomatoes and slice them pretty thick and put them on the sunburn...they absorb the heat and its makes them less ouchie

i have a friend who when she gets burnt, she matches her red shirt... kinda freaks, but whatever. she says that alo is the best, but that you cant put it on untill the burn has stoped 'throwing heat' otherwise it just makes the burn worse by traping the heat under the alo.

first off, sunscreen isnt any good if youre already burnt to whoever said that...but aloe vera and vitamin e and milk and oatmeal baths help like wonder. Im irish, so im out in the sun for 3 seconds and im santa clause.

last year i spent about 6 hours drinking beer and floating around on a raft on a lake lying down on my stomach... my back was so incredibly burnt.. it was like 2nd degree hardcore.. it hurt so fucking much.. then it like bubbled and peelednd my skin was so raw underneath.. it peeled twice in some places.. then i realized that the raft was called 'the suntanner'

the thing is, ive been putting aloe vera on it and it still really stings, ive tried skim milk and warm water, ice packs and shit and my chest from my neck to the end of my breast bone is fried, it hurts like bloodly hell. any other suggestions, its raw

did you try taking tylenol or ibprofen? If it stings that bad, your skins just really dry and needs constant moisturizer, which is aloe or even straight skin lotion.
