very uneducated question.
i read somewhere that some huge number (like 70%) was back in N.O. that is such bullshit. the entire south - meaning south east texas all the way to south west georgia is still completely fucked. i just went back recently to work on my house in biloxi and there is in no way any kind of dramatic improvement. it was destroyed and forgot about. you fucked up government.

Yes, I was there 3 days before it hit, I was supposed to be there this week because it was cheaper, but my parents wanted last week because of their anniversary........
