Ski Boot Size Question

I am planning on buying some 26.0 Full Tilt Konflicts online, but having never worn Full Tilts before, I tried some on today at a local boardshop.

The box was labeled 26.5, and the boot fit great, with just enough room for a great fit once it packs out. However, the boot itself had a sticker on the toe labeling it as a 26.0. I've heard 26.0 and 26.5 boots from Full Tilt use the same shell size, and my question is that if I buy said 26.0 online, will it fit me, or does it use a smaller liner that will be too small?

Before you accuse me of being a douche and wasting the shops time without buying anything, I did buy some new outerwear and goggles, just an FYI.

Never buy boots online.. buy them at your local shop and get them fitted by a bootfitter... ur a noob and u should read the stickys... GTFO

If the 26.5s needed to be packed/molded out then the 26 most likely wont fit. Just go pick up the ones you tried on or try to find some 26.5s. Yes the Shell size and BSL are the same between the 26 and the 26.5, but the liner is smaller.

Yes the boots probably will not fit. If the 26.5 had room to be packed out then the 26 liner will not fit.

WOW your a fckin retard this is why there are sticky's. and i f u werent such a fckin noob u would know the that 26 and a 26.5 are the same shell different liner, every fckin boot is like that. STOP POSTING SUCH STUPID FCKING THREADS

No need for getting pissed, I know about the benefits of a bootfitter and supporting my local shop. I was asking about liner size. +K to those who gave helpful respones.

Same shell, different liner.

Now other might disagree with me on this but with the Intuition liner in them, after a full bake and mold, I don't really see why they would not fit.

the only difference between half and whole sizes of ski boots isn't even the liner. it's the thickness of the footbed. if you get a custom footbed which everyone should, it helps a lot, there is absolutely no difference.

i wanted to buy spk kreations online but im glad i didnt because i went to a nearby store, got kaos for 50 bucks, the ones that fitted my foot, and if it says 26 on the boot even though its 26.5, sometimes that just means the shell is the same but the boot has extra padding, and as your foot grows, you can get a new liner that arcs your foot to have extra space in the boot, atleast this is with salomon, im pretty sure full tilt does this too.

Same shell, different liner between 26.5 and 26.0.

Did you have a shell fit done?

Always buy from a store for boots. You will find that the price difference is minimal or non existent if you need any boot work done- which would be free if you bought them there. Thats the reason its more expensive.

Get at the shop.
Some shops even price match so if they are cheaper online they may match it, but even not, get your boots at the shop so you can get them heat molded for free. I think at my shop to get a boot molded is like 50 dollars.
