Stanced car thread

there are a bunch of different car threads on here- but a car that is stanced or flush is what gets me going- most of these pics are off of stanceworks, vortex and bimmerforums- but I thought it would be nice to show you guys some

we are all about rare wheels, split wheels, doesnt matter how you get low- coils or air(although guys with air get hated on pretty hard haha)

since were on NS a Subaru to start em off

I just sold my evo to get rid of some school debt early- picked up a mk2 jetta coupe and Bagyard bombers- sitting at home-wheels are a secret- anyone at h2o hit me up- ill be the guy in bagged mk2 with a NS penis in the front seat

i pesronally hate stanced cars but that bmw ^^^^^^^^ a few posts above in that red is an unbelievably sexy color car. WOW if i had the right car i would totally put that color paint on it

it's not hard to drive a dumped car. my frame is an inch off the ground and I daily my shit in utah. you just have to actually watch the road instead of texting or masturbating or whatever the hell it is some of you people do while you're driving. my frame:

what the fuck does tucking rim have to do with it? drivability is more dependent on how close your car is to the ground then how tucked your wheels are. I was already planning on tucking rim next spring but now I'm going to do it just to spite your ass.

also, an sti tucking rim in front has more frame clearance than my car does, and I'm barely tucking tire up front.

ive gotten over stancing cars ever since idiots started to ruin cars that are designed to be driven. Seriously if I see another porsche or evo slammed out im gonna kill someone, leave slamming your car to cars that suck to drive (vw, anything fwd, big bodied VIP cars, etc).


/rant- Its gotten to the point in the last year where at shows a car with a full widebody and 600 hp loses to some schmuck with low offset wheels and coilovers spun all the way down

what i was getting at is that his is going to be super tough to turn since you can't turn the wheel much when you are tucking rim that much.  

lol go ahead and do something to spite me, i know know you nor do i give a fuck what you do.  this is what pisses me off about this forum and car geeks.  they turn everything into a fucking dick length competition.  not everything in life is about one upping someone else man.  just chill out there is no arguing that that slammed audi on bentleys would be difficult to drive since it is limited as to how much it can turn, etc.  i am not saying it is impossible to do as obvioulsy the car drives.

Looks like the ones off the S Klasse 65 or C Klasse 63. But they look like they have slightly bigger spokes. Maybe a standard Merc model?

anyone can stance a car in an afternoon- which is why I caught on so fast and no people are starting to realize that it may look good- but keep it to cars that arent worth driving in the first place

99% of stancing a car is in how much your willing to spend, a little bit of car knowledge, some good taste, and maybe a tit bit of creativity at the most. all you need to do is have good taste in a car to start with, wheels, body kit if any, and color. its by no means a work of art, except for maybe the couple very best stanced cars. otherwise its just buying cool looking shit.

Have you ever tried to stance an older truck? or say even an older car? Do you know how much fab work goes into it? What about fender rolling? If you think its just wheels coilovers and body kits. (Which most of the cars in this thread dont have) youre fucking retarded.

fender rolling if you have the right equipment and someone that knows what they are doing takes no more than 30 minutes. If you are install airbags that can get a little complicated when it comes to wiring but thats about it if you buy the correct setup for your car. Install the air tank can be a pain but thats why you have a trunk... mini trucks are gay if you are slamming/stancing trucks there is something wrong with you.

Most of the cars in this thread are in fact on coilovers or airbags with a nice set of wheels and wheel spacers. doesnt take a rocket scientist to figure it out. oh and ya they have rolled fenders which as i said before takes about 30 minutes.
