she is terrible at giving speeches. she tried to give every word a pop that it did not deserve, and tried to make every word sound like the closing of a sentence.

and that lip/tongue smacking was fucking annoying

Yeah and according to her (I caught a piece of Beck interviewing her yesterday on Fox as I waited for Bret Baer's show to start [the only show there besides Shepard Smith's show that is worth watching]) and she said those yelling and screaming about how he is on the same date as her uncle's speech are making a big deal about nothing since all it is, is a date. According to her, the meaning is more important than the date of something.

she has a point but the fact that she supports these fools doesnt exactly help her credibility. El.Gato hit it on the head. i give them credit for not being total assholes-- no speech references. but the fact that they chose this date and that location speak for themselves

he at least puts words into proper sentances. Sarah Palin makes less sense than my 6 year old cousin. It's like watching somebody with a mental and speaking dissability try to give an informative speech that has no central point. I lost track of how many times the subject changed. It was like she had tourettes and just continued talking about what randomness blurted out of her mouth

She is the WORST public speaker I have ever heard.  Tripping over her words and unable to spit the big ones out.  She needs to go back to Alaska and try to feed a PBJ to the biggest grizzly bear she can find.

Yeah, there are idiot tool bags on both sides. For some reason ignorant people seem to think the only idiots are the liberals, or the conservatives. People see past all the flaws in anyone that shares a few ideals with them but to the person that doesn't, they just about see them like satan.

I couldn't make it more than a min or two into that video. I'm massively hungover and that speech made me want to kill baby animals.

i dont know why (vacation?) but i think its good. gives people time to forget about it. itll be nice to see what they do with it. hopefully nothing. they pretty much proved fox was a terrorist tv program and told everyone to stop watching it to fight terrorism. nothing needs to be said about this on national tv, especially the daily show.

even if you do not agree with Beck, you have to give him props for the amount of people that showed up.

most people on NS hate Beck but who else (other than Obama) can draw a crowd of that magnitude to unite the country?

if you havent looked lately our economy is still in the shitter with a teetering double-dip recession around the corner (did we get our of the first one?). people are feed up with the recession, i dont blame them. so im not surprised that Beck (or anybody for that matter) would hold a convention that big.

i personally do not listen to Beck that often, just a few sound bites here and there, not enough time to listen to everybody.
