GoPro-MPEG Streamclip

I've searched and read a bunch of threads already

I have an older version of FCP, and a computer that can't run a newer version, so i can't export using prores from mpeg streamclip

will any of these get rid of the constant rendering problem?

Apple Intermediate Codec i what i use and works flawlessly.

I usually use prores 422, but I don't see it in your picture...

i have the same problem about how i cant upgrade FCP to get pro-res. So in mpeg streamclip i have Apple Intermediate Codec and i can export to it, but in FCP, it isnt listed in my codecs. How do i get Apple Intermediate into FCP?

turns out i can upgrade to fcp 6, but i can't find a good torrent of it
