I'm about to start playing Lacrosse (it looks pretty fun, good workout, etc), and I have a few questions that I'm sure NS can answer:
1) How physically demanding is it, compared to say squash, skiing or DH mtb??
2) How expensive is the kit, and what kit do players have to buy?
3) What position would I be best suited to? I'm about 190lbs, 5'11", fairly well built
