pretty sweet flowed really well, but there were a few not actions shots that i don't think were needed

I thought it was really good, but you definitely could have cut it down a lot, it was pretty long for a reel...
Another thing, which I find myself not saying that often on NS, is that I think the skiing shots in the beginning could have been slowed down to flow with the music better...

Otherwise, Good job!

ill watch it all later, just watched the first 2 mins so far and i really liked it.


i'm starting to get into filming, all i ahve is the 7d and a basic 18-135mm lens

but i was wondering how you make the clouds speed up suuuuper fast like that during some of those shots at the beginning.

how long does the camera need to be recoding in order for that to happen

you have a 7d and you dont know what and how to make a timelapse? I dont know why you bought a 7d for your firt camera but jeeze, super jelous. sorry
you usally use intervals like record ever 30 seconds like like a second or 2, but you can buy a thing that does intervals for you

Doesn't sound like you know how to do a timelapse either. It's called an intervalometer, and basically it takes a sequence of pictures (usually ranging from 2 to 10 seconds apart) over a period of time. Each pic makes up a frame of the video once converted. Sorry for threadjack
