Paypal in NS Store?

I just set up an account on the NS Store, and ordering some stuff, it says Paypal is the only method of payment. So I said okay, and clicked to the next step, which is order confirmation. Did I somehow miss the part where I put in my Paypal information?

click Confirm Order, it should open up a new window with all the PayPal stuff in it.
