So i have never weight trained befor and going to start this summer what is a relist gole for end of summer? As of now I can do 135, my weight.

If you answered yes to all these questions here is my reply to your post:
As far as summer goes it sucks you can't ski, but weight lifting is not the way to spend your time. If you like to work out I suggest runnig, especially trail running, it's ver enjoyable and you're in the mountains(and thats really cool). When doing your rail-running-cross-training i recomend you run up hills, this will build up your lungs and strength lots of muscles you use for skiing. And since your ice rinks are open you can spen your time getting snow and shreading, now if you don't have a truck you can spend your time not running saving up money for a truck or a trailor for whatever vehicle you do have. And being on the east coast you could probably take trips to dirty jersey(not recomended because I hear that the creatures, i mean people that live there are all criminals and that there criminal behavior is contaguoes) and go surfing.
If you answered no to any of my questions above here is my reply to your post:
I do not like weight lifting, I can not even do a pull up, actually I change that I can do a pull up. I suggest you start out small and work your way up, but take my suggesting quite weightlifting heir a mexican labor worker move to Michiagan and enjoy there Mountains, they have some of the best in the world. And if you live in Michiagan or anywhere near it, move to New Hampshire, just because I alwas forget it is an acutal state and that is exsits so to be fare to it and show we still know it's around, you will move there.

i hate weighting lifts or whatever,but i sure hell know that gole should be more like goal.

if your refffering to your bench press, and are going to be working regularily (3x+), you could possibly be looking in a fairly high gain. after your first month you make your biggest gains and can usually judge from there (and a serious month or two its safe to start creatine if your into it), but if your serious youll be looking at a 200lb press (no supplements). Dont forget auxiallary lifts, dont spend all of your time on a bench trying to put up loads of weight. Any other Q's PM me

i assume by 135 you mean bench press. i dont work out that much but its good to get stronger in all areas, not just bench. all i can say is do it several times a week and you will feel stronger. when you start to be able to do a lot more reps then up the weight. i cant say an exact amount because it all depends on how well your body responds to the workout.

Is the 135 your 1 rep max?
If you are serious, I can see you getting to about 175 for the bench by the end of the summer.
If you want to put on size, eat lots. More than 5 meals a day. (smaller meals) Also do some but not lots of cardio.
For the winter, I did lots of running (35-40km per week) and lots of lifting. I lost about 8lbs of fat and gained about 3-4 in muscle. Growing muscle is a very hard thing to do. Although getting stronger is easy. I brought my 1 rep max from 190 to 275.
The key is when lifting, pick a weight that you can lift only 6-8 times. and do a few sets of that.
Also workout your legs, you release more testousterone(sp)

two months isnt very long. get help setting up a program, and help with all the exersizes. then just go at it all summer. Make sure to keep track of your improvements.

Well i was planing on runnning, tramp ect... not only arms but legs and probly work out 5-6 times a week. Im mainlying doing it cuse as on now im scrany mother fucker, im 6ft and 135. I dont want to get to 'buff' i want to beable to bend my arms.

Dood you need to eat eat eat. If you lift but don't eat 5 meals a day you won't gain much. Just eat a shit load and lift and you should have some strong gains in the first few months.

first eat like a mad man cut out alot of cardio for awhile and take protein supplememt, a reasonable strength increase is 5 to 10lbs upper body and 10 to 15 lower, aswell work out legs alot it helps build your entire body up due to testoterone realeases
