Camcorder Advice

I'm lookin to buy a camcorder to film this upcoming season. But I cant decide on one to get, i keep lookin up reviews every time I see one that looks nice but theres always somethin bad in the review. could anyone tell me what kinda camcorder you use and how well it works?
