I go to a private cathloic school and i am under 18 can my school legaly drug test me without permission from my parents. Please helpp

I saw a report on MSNBFOX on how you have to take a drug test to graduate religious schools and people who fail don't get a diploma and get fined up to $3000 for breaking some private school contract.

at my school, unless you are on probation for being caught doing something they wont test you, however at the beggining of every year your parents sign forms that allow the school to pretty much do whatever they want. Although i really doubt that a school would randomly drug test for no reason.
