I have a pretty sick Oakley Backpack with straps on the back you can strap your skis on with. Not meant for skis but it still works. This picture is tiny but I can get a better one soon if you're interested: Click for larger image

I can't see it at all other than the color haha. Will the straps be able to bit a long board when not being used for skis?

For sure, it's actually make to carry longboards/skateboards. It's called the Skate Pack.

most of the dakine packs and all of the heli pro series have a spot against your back where you could carry snowboards and probs long boards as well as a spot of the back of the pack where you can carry your skis.
