you can make your own by braiding latex surgical tubing and putting a PVC handle at the end.

use a condom it alot safer than a banshee bungee anyways.

My friend and I build a very efficient bungee today.  We had a roll of your standard bungee cord,  braided 6 lengths of it together.  I was very surprised with how well it actually worked.  To your question, just make one.
