Really depends on what your going to be doing with them. Personally i would take the Abangs because they are just so durable and i trust them but if you"re looking for more of an all mountain ski then go with the S1
If you are going to be riding rails rails rails, then get the Afterbangs. The S1's are going to do better for jumping and generally just riding around the mountain. Because the S1 isn't center mounted you will be able to mount it a little back from center maybe 2-3cm back which will give you a better ski for all around. PM me if you have any questions! Hopefully this helps!
I think the S4 should be in this too. And I would take the S4 or S1, depending on whether you wanna do more all mountain or not, over the Abangs because Rossignol makes quality skis that are durable. And to the person two above me, Afterbangs aren't always super durable, I would say that overall, Rossignols are more durable than Afterbangs.
i skid abangs this past season and theyre wrecked. the base isnt very porrous so it cant hold wax well so they go sooo slow after a while. the strong base makes them more durable though obviously. they are also tail rockered now after 1 season of not even that many jumps
