White snowpants

Im thinking about getting some of the white first drop snowpants but i have a feeling they will get really dirty is this true?

the cufs on your jackets with become filthy, from polls, lifts, etc.  The first time you fall on a rail if it has any rust on it will ruin your jacket.

pants will get filthy from anything; a dirty lift seat, you fall eary season and you hit some dirt/grass.  white on jackets is also imposiable to clean, but if your trying to get the all white fd sleaves, since there totally white maybe you can bleach them without ruining anything?

wouldnt try bleach on any technical fabric, it probably wouldnt have very good results

damn i was also looking to order the first drop white pants, but im worried that they'll be destroyed by half the season. No idea what to do now

White pants bad idea, especially with dirty lifts. If you want to clean up your white jacket or pants, get them dry cleaned, twice a season, once at the end and one in the middle. Did it for my air raid jacket and it looks brand new. So you could easily risk it with a jacket..

Just noticed this thread and wanted to comment...

I've been rocking the new 10/11 full white First Drop suit since I got to New Zealand, and have kept it surprisingly clean considering how muddy it is here.

If you roll up the pants when you walk in the mud, and pull the suit inside out when you toss it in the trunk, it keeps pretty damn white! It also washes really well, all the mud comes out. You can also bleach it if need be since it's all white and there aren't any other colors that will fade...

There is a pic on the First Drop Outerwear facebook from today at Snow Park of me rocking the all white suit, looks pretty fresh in my opinion...
