I want to know what skiing has done for you strength wise and has it helped you excell in school sports and improved your health (obviously). It just popped into my mind because all summer i've been going to the gym to do cardio, legs, abs , arms ect. I Need to get in shape for those long Big Mountain compitition, shitty-snow-runs that's a killer on my legs.
My friends are shitting brix because i can leg press 750LBS. (800 on a good day). Skiing has also helped me on my speed. I'm a really good sprinter/distance at track.
I'm 5'9/153lbs/16 years old.
