jimmer fredette, basically a hero in my town,and an idol to many. Here's a video and rap his brother made for him, basically about his career, kid coulda played D1 Football but let that opportunity go for something he was way better at, basketball. This year jimmer was trying out with NBA teams and was basically going to go to the draft. instead he decided to finish college and his missions for BYU. after his senior year at BYU jimmer will go onto the NBA. i think this video is all around amazing, and noone probably else isin't impressed but i still have that feeling of knowing this guy and he taught me how to play basketball in elementary school.

yeah but he's not like that. He's a smart kid who wants to finish school and do his missions for his religion. If he wasn't a Mormon he'd be at a bigger D1 school such as virginia, or duke. After all the fame its true pro athletes go broke if they're stupid but jimmer wants a degree, and loves basketball for the game and not the money. Sure moneys and upside of playing in the NBA. He was at our football practice yesterday and gave us a speech, all i gotta say is wow.
