More of a fan of toasted PB & J.  That way the bread is warm and crunchy, while the jelly is still chilled and complemented with some crunchy jiff.

serious question: if i was to make a peanut butter + bananna toasted, would i toast the peanut butter and bread together, then add bananna? or just throw it all in there and toast it up. cause warm bananna doesn't sound too good ya know.

the key is to toast the peanut side but not the jelly side. that way, the PB melts but the jelly soaks into the bread. best textures ever.
