My friend sent me some clips filmed on his sony camera that I believe shoots HDV. The clips he sent are interlaced and I can't figure out how to fix it so that the crappy looking lines disappear. I've never worked with HDV/interlaced footage before, I edit with Final Cut Pro and After Effects.
Here is a screen grab of what the footage looks like, I'm hoping to figure out a way to make it more crisp looking.
