Is it true that it takes like 7 years for your body to dispose of it?

You'll be fine man. This remind me of eating a bunch of tinfoil once. We were playing poker and I had the munchies. Somebody made this flat bread cake chocholate treat type deal on a sheet pan. I started mowing down a huge square of it, then somebody said something about tin foil on the bottom. I ate about 4 square inches of tinfoil on the bottom. I was like oh shit this can't be good. But Nothing bad happened as far as I know and that was almost a year ago.
