Ok so she said saguaro lake its like a 45 minute drive north east from phoenix you can for sure map quest it there are some videos on you tube of the cliffs theyre looking quite tasty
There are about 5 lakes within about 30-45 mins from North Phx...your best bet would be Canyon or Saguaro lake for cliff jumping. Keep in mind the water levels here change drastically depending on our rainfall. We had unusually wet winter and everything filled up, but since we have had very little rain. A buddy of mine works for Maricopa County Sherrif's Office and patrols Bartlet Lake, they're fishing bodies out all the time from drunk people cliff jumping in water that may have been much deeper 3 months ago. Just FYI make sure you know what you're doing.
not the most epic cliff jumping spot, but slide rock park in oak creek canyon by sedona is a really fun place to spend the day/weekend. a few small cliffs and natural waterslide(s). good times.
