found this new jon olsson video blog to be pretty sweet

even though its mostly racing its still sick

but yeah, jon's person tech, warren nickerson, beat everyone in the GS race which i found pretty amusing

bahhaha dood warner is not jon's personal tech, it was a joke. he might help tune jon's skis but he's not jon's "personal tech". warner is jon's friend that travels with jon a lot because they race in a lot of the same races. warner fucking rips. hes was a couple spots out of the olympics last year. warner's always been right off the us team but he rips super hard and is a super cool dood.

but yeah sorry to kinda freak out, it's just that warner is no tech. since hes not on the team he has to tune his own skis. but yeah the othher day was the best finish of his career. definitely stoked for him. funny to hear jon say "sweet". i don't think i've ever talked to warner without him saying "sweet" haha

No Jon is paying Warner to help him out setting courses, tune skis, and everything for rain training. There was an interview talking about it. He was also there in Sweden with him and Warner was chillen up there for free.

not really it's not all that hard to do either of those things. i can tune skis and set a course and i'm no pro. i may have raced for six years and done well in it but i'm no pro.

I wasn't denying the fact the warner is a really good skier and was on the US Ski Team and everything. I was saying that warner is being payed by Jon to be his personal tech and what not.

regardless, they're buds and and the point i was trying to make was that warner isn't technically a "tech" he's a racer and since he's not on the team he does his own skis and jon's as well i guess

Cheers for posting that, I was training up there that weekend (not racing), tried to get on the t-bar with Bode but he snaked me and rode with his trainer. Props to Warren for winning!

first off his name is warner. and secondly he fucking shreds so damn hard, way harder than jon. warner is straight world class and deserves to be at the world cup level more than most do, especially jon.

yeah and jon olsson didn't hire you. ok fine to be a be able to set a course for pro ski racer, and to tune pro ski racers skis you prob were a pro racer at some point.
