What do you get on the mile?

Just ran the mile, i dont consider myself a fast runner. I got like 7 minutes, what do you guys get?

I don't see anything homosexual about that? Maybe you think that its odd because it's something that you would never do, but not homosexual. So my long run is 18 miles, and I run it every sunday with my teammates. We're talking right around 2 hours, so needless to say we talk about a little bit of everything.

I know there are tons of threads on NS about smoking pot for example, but just because I don't smoke pot doesn't mean I go and post in their threads like lololol smoking pot is so bad for you faggots. Seriously man..we get it you don't like running. Go post in a thread that interests you instead of spewing random hate out of your mouth.

Haha that would do it. Who is your ex girlfriend? Did she run competitively in college or anything? Not to be creepy or anything but that's a lot of miles and pretty quick too. Definitely national caliber if her races compared well.

fastest was a 6:30 during college lacrosse conditioning....but now i run like a 7:30 or 8 because i have a shitty hip flexor.

I can't run at all, because of some bad knees it hurts really bad, but I can ride 200m in 12.068 and a 1k in 1.12.642 on a track bike.. which is pretty damn quick.

Running is boring as shit. But i do it because of soccer we have to run 1.5 miles in 9 minutes. I train by running 2 and my fastest time is 1135 so thats a 545 mile but i can definitely go faster because its i spend my first mile saving up for the second

during 5ks my best time for the first mile was around 5:30. could probably beat that though if i went all out for just a mile.

i can run 2.4k in 9:30 if i listen to "eye of the tiger" other then that i walk.

but for the last month i was running or swimming every morning.

14 minutes. BOOM i win. haha i like to drive rather than run it gets me there faster so theres no point in running. and my knee is fucked up and i cant really run that well

idk on the treadmill yesterday i ran a 9.5mph mile which was 6:18 and i think i definitely could've done about a 6. i fucking hate running though...

You think 7 minutes isn't fast frenchy? My fastest mile was like 7:06, which I ran during lacrosse season. My normal mile is about 9 minutes. Running is gay. Running sucks. Running is stupid. Running is a dingle berry in my ass fur.
