I went to the NASCAR race in Michigan for the weekend (I'm Canadian), I'm not really a fan but its cool to see in person and an excuse to get hammered in Obama-land for a bit. But I go out for breakfast one day, and the waitress goes
"Homefries or Freedom Fries"
I start laughing and go What are Freedom fries? she goes
"American Fries" ,
then a Canadian I was with goes I think she means French Frys. So I'm like ok I'll take some of your "freedumz friez", she wasn't happy and I got my food 15 minutes later then everyone else at my table. Then I heard her call french toast "freedom toast". I undestand you guys like all your freedumz which you seem to think are exlusively American, but where does this end? Should I take my freedom car to the freedom store to buy some freedom dogs next time I'm down?
Sooo the point of this thread, do you guys all actually call french fries "freedom fries" or this is exclusive to Michigan, or Registered Republicans, or NRA members, or what?
