i cannot confirm this until i know how you make them

i make my own tortillas. wheat flower and water to the perfect consistency rolled out to the perfect thickness. then i crisp them in a pan and throw aged grated monterey cheese from cows i raise, cage free chicken/grass fed steak, home grown red onions, homemade southwest sauce with a ranch base, tomatoes from the garden as well, and more cheese. then i flip it over and crisp the other side. serve with sour creme and GUAC. yum
