New hampshire cliff/bridge jumping

does anyone know any good bridge and or cliff jumping spots in NH?

dude don't swim in the ct river. its a cesspool, straight up. so stick with lakes, or go north.

Wizwall bridge in Newmarket as well as a train truss bridge which is also in newmarket

there is a mica mine in alstead that has some big cliffs. but if you want a super legit quarry there is one in Gloucester MA definitely worth the drive. i forget how to get there, but nothing google couldn't find. There is also Milford quarry has a huge rope swing and like a 15 - 20 ft cliff. Good luck

York, Maine (10 mins away from Portsmouth) there's a good 12 foot bridge for gainers and such. I don't know the location, but its on the river.

Yeah dude theres a sick one in Dover, forget the name but its roughly 130 feet into the ocean so its pretty chill. But other than that theres a couple in Newmarket and a few on Lake Winnipesaukee.

Salmon falls. Its about 30 mins from the broder. its got 25ft bridge, 15-20ft ropeswing, and a bunch of ropeswings to walk to all in like a quarter mile. it not hard to fiind at all either.

(on the border of hollis and buxton maine)

Not NH, but Coos Canyon in Mexico, Maine has some pretty legit stuff (although, that's a bit of a hike from NH; it's sort of near Bethel/Augusta).

or you could try Frye's Leap, which is on Sebago. That's a pretty good one too.

I live right next to gloucester and the quarries around gloucester are sooooo legit. at least 10 quarries around the area. The quarry in Lanesville (Part of Gloucester) has an 80 footer, 55, 20, 10, and a rope swing. The only main quarry in Rockport (a 5 minute drive from gloucester) has about 20 30-40 foot jumps.

Yeah theres a good one in NC right above the Saco, it's about 35' into 6-8' water, but surprisingly you never touch the bottom, I think it could be because of the strong current or something.

If your anywhere near surry nh, look up alstead mica mine. place is ridiculous little bit of a pain in the ass to get to but its a huge old quarry out in the middle of the woods on top of a mountain places to jump from 10 to 70 water is cold as hell super clear and really deep.

Theres one that I was talking about above, you go through town and take a left somewhere (dont really remember) and and right above the Saco next to a state park, it's like 35 feet and really fun

3 levels. one is 25, one is 30, and one is 60ish.

43.100925,-70.940677 on google maps, it's 'the trestle' in newmarket/durham. Trains come through often and the cops aren't happy to find people there. They used to not like people being there but now they have a legal obligation to do something about it because the Down Easter runs along that track. Also, one side is not legit to jump off so make sure you figure that out first. A lot of people used to go here but it's high bust potential now. Don't say I didn't warn you.

plymouth-pemi river put in, don't know the name. There are a couple on the kang, and on the cog railroad access road there is a good 30ish drop it is good

if the train comes, jump in the water. they do call the cops. if the cops come and your lucky enough to see them before they see you, swim downriver and pretend you were on the ropeswing (which sucks) or taking a swim. and the side is very important so be careful.

which one? I've never been to the Newmarket one, but the one in North Conway is into 8 feet of water roughly, but you NEVER touch the bottom. it's kind of strange actually.

yeah I thought the same thing. I mean the water is crystal clear, so you can see what your jumping into, and most of it is sand. Plus its like 8-12 feet, you just gotta jump in the right spot. It's definitely a lot of fun though.

FUCK YEAH. reppin nh. The bridge in NC is actually pretty fun. if you walk up the river a little theres a couple rope swings, and a tree you can climb pretty far up in. also some secret spots in bartlett north of there that i can't share.

35' into 6-8 feet of water? either the water is much deeper than you think or you are greatly exaggerating the height of the bridge.

there's a fun culvert in putney, vt that you can jump off. it's only like 15' into the water but you can get a huge running start so it's good for gainers

for sure. its hard to hit the bottom with the current. but even if you do its sand. its def worth the trip because theres a shit ton of ropeswings and trees to jump off up and down river also.

Yeah, theres a 20ish foot one in Gilford on Governors island, a 35' on Black Cat Island, and a good Rope Swing in a cove on Timber.
