^^just made one, in belgium we call it "croque monsieur" (weird enough that's french for "crusty sir")

i prefer them with:
a slice of cheese,
tomato,
small onion snippers,
very little garlic,
basil
and a slice of ham
:)

and i cut them in triangles ...
