FL Studio 9.1?

i want something to make some cool tracks and beats, so im thinking about downloading FL Studio 9.1,

is it worth it?

i hear its complicated, how long will the learning curve take?

how does it compare to others?

If you just want to make beats casually, then fruity loops is the way to go. Literally the easiest piece of music software I've ever used.

If you just wanna make stupid things and have a difficult time making awesome things, yea sure.

Or you could download some ableton torrent.

Theres also another apparently good program called reaper, download is basically free, or you could pay $40.

I've never used reaper but it's supposedly pretty sweet.
