The previous owner rode these boys hard, and rode them well. Although I would have taken better care of them, it's cosmetic damage. See figure b and c
Probably from walking on the heels. Again, I wouldn't have treated them like this and I'm showing you so you're aware before you buy.
That one's just a mini rail stain there.
