Shrink Swollen Membranes: You can give your cat Afrin Children's Strength nose drops (.025 percent). On the first day give 1 drop to one nostril. On the second day give one drop to the second nostril. Continue this pattern for 5 to 7 days.
I asked the mods to reset my post count but I got no response :/
Respitory infection? He isn't coughing...just little kitty sneezes. He's still active and alert, which makes me think its something like the common cold. And I just want to know if I can catch it from him...
I think we need to see some footy of said cat and the sneezing fits so as to recommend the most appropriate healing methodology. Slash that video would be awesome.
my cat was sneezing once and so we took it to the vet and turned out it ha herpes and and the clap so all in all pretty cool other than a sneezing slutty cat
Shes probably right, I used to be a technician in a vet clinic and cats came in all the time with upper respiratory infections and those things can get really bad even deadly if you dont get your kitty on antibiotics
I'd definitely keep a close eye on your cat. When I got my kitten she started sneezing a lot and eventually started drooling and had a shit ton of mucus. It was an upper respiratory infection but hers was really bad. Eventually since she wasn't eating or drinking she got dehydrated and almost died. We had to hook her up to an IV and give her antibiotics but luckily she made it. I'd just carefully watch your cat and take it to the vet if anything become major.
