I dont know if any of you are on pinkbike, but its a mountain bike website, and currently, one of the most anticipated movies of ever is having a trailer contest. this is my first entry, and yes, i know there is a skip in the music, i already fixed that. tell me what you think! +K for all CONSTRUCTIVE feedback

Use the original version of the song maybe? It might sound like shit idk, but if you havnt tried it yet i'd do that. and use more clips at avg speed. thats all i can suggest because that was fucking sick.

haha nope, im too cheap. im going to be hated on by real filmers/editors for saying this, but that was made on imovie. i know, its horrible.

just download final cut, its what i did and it works great.

edit was sick, it's hard not to make a good edit with such banger shots, but you did a good job, i liked the way you ended it with that shot

wow that was amazing. song worked perfectly for me. more normal speed clips would be a bit better, but not to many. i liked it so much though. definatly a shot at placing in the tops with this. good work man.

It was sick. I would say maybe used a faster paced song? Also include some text... Movie name, riders, stuff like that. And not every shot in slowmo.

You mentioned it's for a trailer contest?  The video looks amazing, but i've noticed that in extreme sports movie trailers they don't usually show the ending of most of the tricks, so that it's like a teaser i guess.  Something to keep in mind.

Thanks so much for all the feedback guys, i am away from home, and my desktop where all the footage is, so i can't upload my second run through right now. And sorry i havent posted in here for a while, as you can see, i am post 999, and i have been wondering what to do with my 1000th post. But again, thanks, and the song is 1901 by Phoenix, DLID remix.

so fuckin illin dude! im no pro at editing by any means, but if i had ANYTHING constructive to say, it would only be that i think maybe one or two scenes could be brighter, maybe just bump the contrast a bit. maybe you dont think so and you'll leave it but just my two cents. great work though and goood luck!
