i was wondering how to make custom titles and such for example like the gold project and clownschool does in there videos.

Motion or after effects. You can do a lot of the designing in photoshop, then import into either of those programs (both accept photoshop documents) and tweak, rotate, scale, position over a clip or your final vid.

as well as illustrator. Which I prefer most of the time due to the vector ability.

thepiratebay, search for adobe after effects cs4 for whatever computer you have (mac, windows)
