Keystone Whaaaaa?

So I might be moving to Keystone for the winter. I already have a job, but was wondering if someone could tell me where some cool places to live around there are. I could either live out in the woods, or in a town. It would help me alot if I heard it straight from some newschoolers. Id appreciate it.

trying to live IN keystone? or just like summit cove/dillon/maybe even silverthorne?
finding places in keystone is a little rough since its super small. the lease at my old place ends in a few weeks if you want to try to get in on that. its right next to the goat, above pizza 101. its one of rus youngs places. walk to the park quad, its dope. really unless you know someone the only place in keystone for a guarantee is employee housing haha. really though hit up rus young and see what hes got. hes a good man!.

Like said above Keystone is pretty small. i would look in Summit Cove and Dillon. It is a close drive to keystone and you can even pop up to Vail and Beaver Creek every once and a while.

Frisco is a nice place to live. there are lots of apartments and shit liek that. i go there for vacation every year. only like 10 mins away from keystone, 10 to breck, 20 copper, 40 vail, nice place to live. but i personally think that keystones a little small compared to copper, breck, and vail

Yea i am planning on living outside of Keystone somewhere, have been looking into areas in summit county. I appreciate the help. I also have an opportunity to work at Telluride and live in employee housing there, just cant make my mind up yet because the Keystone job pays like 3 dollars more an hour, and I really am sick of living in dorm style places.

there are a ton of houses in summit cove and wildernest (but that's farther away). employee housing is also an option. Tenderfoot is not that bad you get your own room but they are small. also if you have a bunch of people you can usually rent a condo for pretty cheap. look on craigslist and summit daily

it's what it looks like cause my sister lived in the keystone employee housing, and it was okay definitely not a luxury

keystone employee housing is made for college dropouts/year offers and mexicans. i cannot even believe they let anyone live in sagebrush (RIP)... that place alone shows you how much keystone cares about their employees. now BRECK housing is sick as fuck. terrace ftw!

Haha ya Keystone employee housing sucks balls.  I've lived in Frisco (4th st.), Keystone (summit cove), and Breck (Tiger run).  All have their ups and downs, Frisco is nice cause it's near everything, but not the closest to mountains (but it's all within 20 min), Summit cove is good except Swan mountain road can be a pain in the winter, and tourists clog it up.  I'd buy the Epic pass and live in Frisco.

But seriously, Dillon Valley is probably the cheapest around and not far from Keystone. Wildernest is cheap but like 5 minutes further down the road... big deal.

live in breck man, they actually have a town. Plus the passes are good at keystone too. Don't move into employee housing at keystone, you'll want to kill yourself after a couple weeks.

THIS. If you don't live in employee housing it's crazy expensive and you don't even have a town. I had friends who lived in Keystone and they came to Breck so much they just moved here. Brecks where the parties are, and you can walk or ride the bus to everything. I wouldn't live anywhere else in Summit.
