Critique my edit. (yet another thread)

The intro was a little bit long (about 1/3 of the whole video) but other than that, I thought it was pretty good overall

-the intro was probably too long for the length of the edit.
-I would change the first shot to more of a banger, to grab the viewer's attention right off the bat.
-the filler pan at 1:14 just sort of came out of the blue and was awkward because it seemed like you were setting up another shot. also, the pan itself was a bit choppy.
-definitely a solid edit, but I don't know where you're going with it as far as "pro-moing" your friend because it was all rails.. Idk.

Yeah you might want to wait until next year and get some shots of jumps and rails (assuming he's good in the air). Then put together a solid edit. You wouldn't want to put off potential future sponsors with that promo. It just wouldn't cut it. Killed those rails though, and the edit was well put together.

Yeaah I fully agree. The edit wasn't intended to be a promo to attract future sponsors or anything like that. I used the term 'promo' very loosly really. Just wanted to cut some of the footage I had of him together really.
