if you hit "big bc booters" you should probably get a skier that's stiffer than a cooked piece of spaghetti. lolz

this is true, i have not.

but unless you ski just like pollard does, and if his track record of producing skis is any indication, the ski definitely won't be designed for hitting "big bc booters".

amiwrong? no sarcasm, serious question. i just feel like there have got to be better skis that meet this guys needs a bit better...

i havent done any booters on my 2010 ep's. but i have dropped cliffs, and i sorta regreat my ep's now. they are a little to soft, and i always seem to ass slap the ground everytime.

im goin to a ski demo in stubai ausria in like a month and am gonna try out the ARG's. i want those dam skis.

not at all. you should definately want a stiffer ski for fat booters. and especially if your gonna be charging big lines like you said.

i was thinking maybe that was the case. I just wondered because they are supposed to be totally different this year, not like the ep's at all, stiffer, narrower and with less rocker. on one of the videos pollard takes a pretty damn big cliff and lands totally bolts. unless i can demo some early probably the jj's for me. thanks

would the tst be better than the jj or crj for tree skiing? bumps? im thinking it would because its a little narrower, obviously im looking for a pow ski but when it gets tracked im sure i will have to ski some moguls and crud in the trees

Hi, I am 17 years old 6' 2'', and 190 lbs. I was going to get some K2's since I love the way they feel for east coast park and some all mtn (pow/really icy days).  However I noticed that only the Kung Fujas came in 189 cm. Don't k2 run long? I was looking at the 183 line chronic as a backup, vs. the k2 ext.
Any other suggestions? 85-92 mm waist please. What size would you guys recommend for park?

depends on your preference.

for your weight i'd definitely suggest a longer ski, especially if you think you're going to grow even a hair. (in either direction)

Pretty sure it's IN/OUT, referring to how easily you can change lenses.

Comes from computers where I/O = Input/Output

im looking to buy new skis this year, i already have a solid all mountain and park ski. what im really looking for is a powder ski. i ski in Montana big sky, Bridger and the occasional back country trip. i am 5'9 and 225 i have been looking at the 183 bentchetlers and the 185 pollard opus, just looking for some more info on either of these anyone have experience with both?

Just got 09/10 Armada Alpha 2's in 182 for $299. How do they handle in the park and on groomers? Should I mount centre or like 1.5/2.5 back? I'm skiing 80% park 20% groomers. I'm 5'11, 175lbs.

you're too fat and/or muscular for both of those skis unless you want something real soft, no offense.

look in to something with a bit less flex. (S7's, JJ's, ect.)

I'm 5'6" and want a Tall Tee that goes to my nees (right above them) so 32.5" or 31.5" INB4 measure yourself because I have and I dont know exactly the amount the T will shrink

I have Sir Franics Bacons (last years) I want to put a binding with a width of 115mm. And the waist of the Bacons are 115. Will it work and be fine?

yes.
it should work fine, maybe take a miniscule amount of bending depending on the binding company and where you mount. (closer to center you leave it center they closer your brake will be to the 115 point)

Okay, so instead of making a new thread i am posting in here. I am looking for a helmet. I have the RED hifi but am not really feeling it anymore. I have dragon rogue goggles and crowbars (if that makes a difference.) and i want the goggles to kinda fit with the helmet. I was thinking about maybe getting I/O's or Fixes. I was looking into the giro shiv in all black or maybe the smith maze. Any other suggestions? Oh, and all bern helmets are out. They aren't appealing to me.
