That pic you posted is a Look P14... it's all a bit funny, especially since they have the same toe pieces.
The P12/14/(was there a 16?) has the dildo heel that pivots like 140 degrees... I suppose they might go 180 but they're spring loaded side to side and they take an assload of force to get that far out. They have a 'track' and adjust the forwards pressure the same as any other binding, the heel 'wings' are solid bars.
I have no freakin idea what Rossignol called it when they made it, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't the "Pivot". I think it might have been in the FreeSki line, but originally it came on stuff like their Bandit carvers.
Then there's the Pivot 14 which has the same toe and the 'FKS' style full turntable heel... Look created it originally, with the threaded heel bars for doing forwards pressure.
Then just to confuse it all further, there's the PX series, known as FreeSki 1x0 when Rossignol makes it, which has the dildo heelpiece that doesn't spin around and weighs a lot. Then there's 3 different toes - the 12 din toe which is the same as the 12/14 din Pivot/P/FKS toe, the 14 din toe which looks pretty much the same but does this crazy vertical roll/spin release in the toe and is a little burlier, then the 18 din solid metal pivoting toe which is the same as the FKS/Pivot 16/18 din (and, I'm pretty sure, the FKS 155)
Sorry for the novel...
