yeah saw this on the news, the black guy was pretty much telling the ufc dude to bring it on, although you probably cant tell that from this video. also the ufc dude didnt just kick the guy, he beat his ass and the only shot they got of the fight was him kicking the huge black dude. huge black dude deserved every bit of it. you have to be a low life piece of shit to lay your hands on a woman like that unless its some type of self defense, and in this case it obviously was not. just my 2 cents though

2.) Roger Huerta is probably one of the nicest most down to earth MMA fighters you will ever meet. He won't get in a fight just for the sake of a fight. Dude grew up on the streets in Mexico City with no family and had to fight to protect himself and he managed to get adopted and brought to the States. The guy only fights MMA because he is good at it. Outside of a ring or cage he won't fight.

Agreed. How can anyone not see what Huerta did was right? Chris if that was your girlfriend would it be any different? If someone, especially a former uni of texas football player, hits a girl, they deserve whatever may come their way.

i'm pretty sure if you're some sort of professional fighter, it's a more severe crime to hurt someone by using your fighting skills. He didn't need to wail on him, a nice hit to the gut would have done.

i actually did the same thing to a guy at a high school party. he punch a girl like 3 times in the face i didn't know the girl but he was about 30 pounds bigger then me and i beat the shit out of him. you never hit a girl ever i don't care what happens and yeah he sucker punch her so i see he got what was coming to him.

I can't find the link to the story but apparently in the court case the judge threw any assault charge against Huerta out:

The two can be seen on tape squaring up to fight, then are consumed by a crowd which later opens up to someone stomping the downed man in the face. The man is later seen getting up with the assistance of his friends with Huerta nowhere in sight.

According to TMZ, the Austin Police Department said officers were called to the scene but no arrests were issued."

I still don't understand why all the outside information is relevant. So what if he fought UFC? Woman beater gets his shit tossed by anyone in the crowd and it's just "promoting more violence" but since it's someone who can kill someone else with their bare hands it makes it a big deal? naaaa
Anyone in that crowd coulda stepped up and beat that guys ass, the fact that it was Huerta should not make it a big deal.
