To make the set up ive made you will easily spend over the $200 im asking.
Not asking for a sale just letting you know how much your going to be spending to make something like mine, unless you wanna got PVC style and will still spend over $100...

I have a good idea of the parts that need to be used, purchased most at home depot yesterday for $55-just need the piece that glides wanted to get some good ideas. Not that your design isn't good-just don't have an extra 200 to be spending when can do all of my own fabricating.

ya man no problem, not sure what you have for pieces, most people have used the skate wheels, or bearings...Ya the biggest issue with most people trying to make these is they dont have the tools to make them, like saws, drill presses, or the know-how. Good luck on it man

Considering how expensive they are to buy new, I'm looking at doing the same thing. I found many tutorials on youtube about making glide tracks with pvc pipe which came to around $10. Also, I found this to be very helpfull too if you'd be interested in making your own steadycam - http://www.ybnormal.com/DIYsteadicam.html
