ok so yes diet has an extremely important role on how ur body will work with exercising, i for one eat between 4-6000 calories a day, i also go to the gym 5-6 times a week, i am 5'10, between anywhere from 170-173 pounds, i recently put on about 8-12 pounds and im about 6-8% body fat id say, 4 would be ideal, and i would like to be 185 pounds. I do chest twice a week, back twice a week, tris and bis twice a week, legs and shoulders once a week, bis with back, and chest with tris, and i like to to abs 3 times a week, 1 day is usually extremely intense. and yes i will post pics because ppl will be like "pics or GTFO" no this is not claiming, ppl on here can vouch for me that im a genuine person and have written out workouts for more than 5 members on here, so no hate, thanks, and i will gladly help any of u out with a workout routine.
