Hey guys. So we had a party at my house last friday in burlington. At around 1130 we ran out of beer so I run around and try to find a sober driver and someone who's 21. Find my friend erin who's sober and my other friend who's 21. My car was the only one that could get out of my driveway so I say fuck it we could just take mine.
We leave my house and right as we were about to get to the liquor store we get pulled over. Turns out the cop pulled us over because the dumb bitch forgot to turn her lights on. He takes her out of the car first and breathalizes her first. She blows a .018 which is below the legal driving limit for someone who is underage. Anyway he breathalizes us all and apparently I blow WAY beyond everybody(Didn't tell me what I blew though). So we all(except for the kid who's 21) got underage drinkin tickets. Worst of all the liquor store closed while we were pulled over. Talk about a downer.
No my question to all of you is should I try and get the bitch to pay for some/all of my fines. There is gonna be roughly 250 bucks in fines along with other random shit that I have to do like therapy and write an essay.
I really wanna make her pay for at least some but I don't wanna feel like a complete asshole. What should I do guys?
