The new opera house in Oslo is one of new newest architectural masterpieces inside and out.
It is all white marble and made to look like an iceberg coming out of the fjord, you can walk all over it and it also uses traditional Norwegian style of architecture.

I took a tour recently, and nearly every part of the structure screamed genius. There was a reason why everything was where it was, every corner, every piece of furniture, the siting of the house, you name it.

So he built a structure on top of a client's favorite waterfall, and the client asked why he built the house on top of the falls so they could no longer look at it. The response from Wright was that he wanted them to live with the waterfall, not just stare at it through a window.
