Ski question, sorry.

yes i seachbared but couldn't find much.
I want a sick park ski that can slay all mountain aswell.
I would say 60 park 40 all mountain (australia so no pow just groomers and steeps bumps etc)
i like a medium flex ski and i ski aggressively,
i am 5'11"
was looking at salomon 2012, armada ar7, liberty LTE.

I've heard great things about the AR7 and the LTE.  You probably couldn't go wrong either way.  I haven't heard that much about the 2012s.

LTEs, quite possibly one of the best park skis out there, and they shred all mountain amazingly too. Super light and poppy, excellent edge hold, very durable, perfect shape, you can't go wrong. AR6s are also banger, kill it everywhere, they're just a bit heavier than the LTEs.

thanks guys. anything from other brands I souls check out? maybe surface, on3p ? I don't know many so keep the recomendations coming. thanks

Last years K2 Kung Fujas, ON3P Jeronimo, and Rossignol S3 would be good options. More all mountain than the ones you mentioned, but they also perform well in the park.

no one seems to like them but i have nordicas and they ski groomers effortlessly. light / stiff also.

I skied the LTE's last year and loved them
They were a great solid ski, were good in the park and shredded anything else.

Only bad things were that the top sheet chipped a fair amount, but thats prob cause I tend to clack my skis on the lift
Also they were on the stiffer side for me, but def not as stiff as others Ive ridden


The ski was great for all mountain/park, which is what I think your looking for

I am looking into both the 2012's and the ar7s for next year. I am 95% sure I will get the ar7s.

I have gotten a lot of info from fellow ns'ers on the 2012. Its basically been hit or miss. Some people loved them. But others said it was the most unstable ski they have every ridden. And i believe 179 is the largest size.

I have only heard positive things about armada. So I am most likely to get those or replace my current suspects with the new ones.
