Hows can I reduce noise with my long exposure photos?
Even when I shoot at 100 iso i still have a lot of artifacting. Im starting to feel like its just my camera.

I have a canon rebel xs.

you could try a noise reduction filter in photoshop or an editing program

Ya thats what I normally do. It only happens in long exposures and really low light. I think my camera has a custom setting for noise reduction. Im gonna check into that and see if it helps.

Maybe I just need a better camera...

if you have the choice set it so it takes the photo in raw format
